Annealing / Normalizing Furnace

Application
MG make Vertical Electrically operated heat treatment furnaces is highly useful for pre heating, annealing and tempering of nut & bolts, EN8, spring steel, MS steel and other alloy steel components.

Construction
The furnace casting is of strong steel construction reinforced with steel sections duly electrically welded mounted on four legs. The lining consists of high grade insulation bricks to hold the heat losses to the minimum & high grooved  refractories made of sillimanite, free from iron, to hold the heating elements. The furnace body is surrounded by well insulated cover door made up of thick gauge plate reinforced suitably & pivoted at the back. Door can be opened by a slight downward pressure & moved to the side so as to facilitate in charging & discharging the material. The body of the furnace is painted with high heat resistant aluminium paint.

Control Panel
A separate control panel is provided along with Super Air Heating Plant fitted with Electronic Digital Automatic Temperature Controller, Indicator actuated by suitable thermocouple for desired temperature range. The panel is incorporated with the following instruments

• Voltmeter - A.E. make: 1 No.
• Amp. Meter - A.E. make: 3 Nos
• Phase Indicators: 6 Nos.
• Air Breaker Contactor-Siemens, Crompton, L&T    
• Compensating lead
• On-Off switch
  

The furnace will be supplied fully automatically temperature controlled.
