General
M. G. Rolling machines for stamping ornamental profiles out of flat and square iron, handrails, and underrails in cold condition.
The standard version of the rolling machine contains a driven stamping roll and a freewheeling pressure roll. Both rolls are mounted in heavy-duty bearings and can be easily changed with the appropriate tools. It therefore presents no difficulty to carry several rolls for one rolling machine and thus increase the number of profiles that can be manufactured. The pressure roll is adjustable for different cross-sections of material.
The rolling machine contains two adjustable rolling bearings for axial guide. For processing linear flat iron, no extra adjustment is necessary.
For simultaneous stamping of all four edges of square iron in mass-production, a model with elongated axial guide can be supplied.
